Heidi Trigar
Always one to follow her passions, Heidi’s career as a dancer and her love movement led her to yoga. Although the practice of asana was the initial pull, now the philosophy behind the shapes is what lights her up. With her love of movement and philosophy and with a deep knowledge of the way bodies move, Heidi brings all of her teachings from her many dance and yoga mentors with her into class to share the rich tapestry of yoga with the community.

Kellee Lewis
Kellee first discovered yoga in 2006 and quickly fell under the spell of its transformative magic. “Love is my religion and yoga is where I come home to myself, to tune into the beat of my wild heart” With a background in dance and a strong belief in the power of meditation and intention, Kellee enjoys teaching intuitive, dynamic flows with a focus on mindful movement. She encourages you to listen to your body’s wisdom, tune into the breath and be playful in your practice. You can expect to leave the class feeling centred, inspired and revitalised

Piper Montag
Piper’s love of yoga lies in connection - connection to the breath, body, inner self, and other yogis. Her practice and teaching follow the philosophy to use the asanas (physical postures) to get into her body, rather than using her body to get into the asanas.
Her vinyasa classes are a welcoming, community-minded space for you to explore yourself by linking breath and movement in dynamic vinyasa flows. In Piper’s classes, you can expect to find fluidity in movement as well as strength and mobility.
Piper is also studying medicine to become a holistic GP and sees yoga as a perfect practice for a healthy, mind, body, and spirit.

Kaela Raul
Kaela’s journey with yoga began 15 years ago when her best friend took her to a hot yoga class, and it was love at first breath. After years of practicing in studios around the world, she completed her teacher training, and hasn't looked back. In Kaela’s classes you'll find a beautiful balance of the soft and the strong, the mental and physical, and a strong emphasis on the breath - our life force. Kaela's hope for you is that you will leave her class feeling a deeper mind body connection. Aside from yoga, Kaela is also a passionate Human Design reader working to guide people back to the true essence of themselves, as well as a singing teacher who loves teaching each unique voice, and finding time to perform somewhere in there too!

Sarah Machado
Sarahs love of yoga started 20 years when she moved from the South of France to Australia. Mama of 2 beautiful daughters, and having worked for many years in the film and TV industry before diving into her first 350 hrs training. A passionate student of yoga, constantly learning, exploring and sharing this incredible wisdom. A dedicated student of Rod Stryker (Traditional Tantric Hatha) and Yoga Nidra. "As a teacher, my aim is for everyone to feel welcome so they know they can practice safely in a way that feels good for their body." With a strong connection to the breath, energy, philosophy and self-inquiry, Sarah applies intentional sequencing targeting physical, mental and spiritual realms.

Dan Cabezas

Yoga is his BFF and has saved his life on multiple occasions. He is a strong believer in the power of this practice for healing and growth and is dedicated to learning as much as he can to provide the highest quality experience for all students who choose to join his classes. His classes range from the sweaty and challenging to the completely blissed out and relaxed.

Liz Wells
As an Exercise Physiologist, Liz has always loved physical rehabilitation and using exercise as medicine. However, after completing her 200hr YTT in 2019, her approach to the body shifted to include the holistic benefits of pranayama and meditation. Liz’s vinyasa classes create a sense of freedom in the body, building breath to movement, allowing students to step out of the analytic mind and into the body's ebbs and flow. Liz believes that life shouldn’t be taken too seriously, and takes a light-hearted approach in and out of the studio. With fluid sequencing and anatomical alignment, her classes aim to safely balance both fire, and ease in the body.

Ghislain Maiden
Ghislain fell in love with yoga after the practice was recommended to her as a form of physical therapy while recovering from an accident. Before she knew it she was on a plane to Bali to complete her first training with Stefan Camilleri + Sara Zavik, she has since spent time deepening her practice and training in India, and most recently completed another 200hr training with Jessie Fenech. Ghislain fuses purposeful sequencing with an interwoven philosophical intention to allow students to find space and intention in their practice. She sees yoga as a space to disconnect from your external environments, calm your mind + connect inwards. She encourages everyone to relax, let go of expectations and comparisons, and become curious, kind observers of whatever we find. The aim is to connect with self.
